Realme has officially launched the Realme 15 series in India, and it is clear the brand is aiming to redefine mid-range expectations once again. With the Realme 15 Pro 5G leading the charge alongside the base Realme 15 5G, the new lineup brings powerful performance, massive batteries, and premium features at prices that may tempt even premium phone buyers.
Starting at ₹31,999, the Realme 15 Pro 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and comes loaded with impressive specs that punch above its weight. For those eyeing a more affordable option, the Realme 15 5G starts at ₹25,999 and runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Plus processor. Both phones offer up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, come equipped with Android 15 based Realme UI 6, and are available in striking finishes like Velvet Green, Flowing Silver, Silk Purple, and a soft Silk Pink for the base variant.
What really sets these phones apart is the massive 7000mAh battery inside both models. Combined with 80W wired fast charging, they are built for users who demand non-stop screen time without worrying about mid-day top ups. Realme claims that users can expect long-lasting performance and fast charging that keeps pace with modern multitasking.
The display is another highlight. Both the Realme 15 and 15 Pro feature large 6.8 inch AMOLED panels with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The visuals are sharp and fluid, while the peak brightness of up to 6500 nits ensures great readability in any condition. Protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, the display also includes high touch sampling for ultra-responsive gaming and scrolling.
Camera capabilities have seen a strong focus this time. The Realme 15 Pro 5G boasts dual 50 megapixel rear cameras including a Sony IMX896 primary sensor and an ultrawide shooter, with support for 4K video at 60 frames per second. Selfies are handled by a 50 megapixel front camera on both models. The Realme 15 5G comes with a slightly different setup at the back, pairing a 50 megapixel Sony IMX882 with an 8 megapixel ultrawide sensor. Whether it is group shots, low light images, or 4K front video calls, these phones offer something for every user.
To add more magic to the images, Realme includes a suite of AI tools such as AI Edit Genie, which allows voice-powered photo editing, and AI Party, which auto adjusts settings like contrast and shutter speed based on real-time lighting. Other software features include AI MagicGlow, Glare Remover, Motion Control, and Snap Mode. Gamers can expect a smoother ride too with Realme’s GT Boost 3.0 and Gaming Coach 2.0 baked in for performance and thermal enhancements.
Realme has also focused on durability. Both models meet IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Connectivity is future proof with support for 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, and NFC. And with under-display fingerprint sensors, the phones maintain a clean look while keeping data secure.
With sales starting July 30 across Flipkart, Realme India’s site, and offline stores, Realme is offering bank discounts up to ₹3,000 and exchange offers for early buyers. With this launch, Realme has signaled its intent to dominate the performance-centric mid-range segment once again.
