Apple has expanded its retail footprint in India by opening Apple Koregaon Park, the company’s first ever store in Pune and the fourth Apple Store in the country. Following the launch of Apple BKC in Mumbai, Apple Saket in Delhi, and Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru, the new Pune outlet marks another milestone for Apple’s growing presence in India.
Apple Koregaon Park officially opened its doors on September 4 and welcomed customers with the brand’s signature retail design, personalised service, and immersive product experiences. Like other Apple Stores across the world, this location gives customers a chance to explore the iPhone 16 series, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watch, and a wide range of accessories such as AirPods and AirTag.
One of the standout features of this store is its Apple Pickup zone. This service makes it easier for customers to order products online and collect them at the store at their convenience. It reflects Apple’s commitment to blending digital and in person experiences for maximum convenience.
The store is staffed by a team of 68 members who hail from 11 states across India, highlighting Apple’s diverse workforce. Each team member is trained to help customers with everything from product selection to setup and switching to iOS. The store also provides Apple Trade In and financing options to make purchasing more accessible.
In line with Apple’s global sustainability goals, the Koregaon Park outlet is powered entirely by renewable energy and operates as a carbon neutral store. This aligns with the company’s vision of making its entire supply chain carbon neutral by 2030.
Beyond shopping, Apple Koregaon Park also serves as a community hub. The company is offering free daily sessions designed for students, creators, and professionals. Led by Apple Creatives, these sessions help participants get the most out of their devices. Families, groups of friends, and teams can also book private sessions to learn and explore together.
To celebrate the opening, Apple has introduced custom wallpapers and curated a special Apple Music playlist featuring artists from Pune, blending technology with the city’s culture.
