The company has officially confirmed the release date as June 21 and teased some of the key features ahead of the launch. The new true wireless stereo earphones will be Boat's first entry in its Prime branded audio wearables category, signaling a new chapter in its range of premium products.
The Boat Airdopes Prime 701 ANC is expected to bring significant upgrades over its predecessor, the Airdopes 701 ANC, which was introduced in 2021. While the design of the new earphones is still under wraps, the company has revealed that this model will feature 10mm dynamic drivers, which aim to deliver rich and balanced sound. The most notable enhancement is the support for 24 bit Spatial Audio, promising an immersive audio experience that goes beyond traditional stereo sound.
Another standout feature is the extended battery life. The Airdopes Prime 701 ANC is expected to deliver up to 50 hours of total playback time when combined with the charging case. This marks a major leap from the 28 hour battery backup offered by the earlier Airdopes 701 ANC model. This upgrade reflects Boat's intent to offer longer usability for users who are constantly on the move or rely on their earphones throughout the day.
